Ireti Doyle lends voice to SaveVictorOlotan fundraising appeal

Actress, Ireti Doyle, has made a passionate appeal to the public for assistance for fellow thespian, Victor Olaotan, who has been bedridden, since his involvement in a ghastly motor accident, two years ago.

Olaotan is popular for his leading role as Fred Ade Williams in the widely watched soap opera Tinsel.

Ireti Doyle, who played his wife in the M-net production, explained in an Instagram post at the weekend that his family has done all within their means and have been advised to seek further options abroad.

Although an account has been opened to raise the sum of $50,000 for the ailing actor, it was learned that he actually needs $70,000 to get back on his feet.

She wrote: “2 years ago…my friend, colleague and tv husband, Victor Olaotan aka Fred Ade-Williams was involved in a ghastly motor accident that has left him bedridden ever since…

“The family has done all that can be done here and have been advised to seek further options outside these shores…. to this end I appeal to everyone who feels led, to please help make this happen.

“The link to the gofund me acct set up for this purpose is in my bio…

“For those who would like to give in naira, pls send your donations to:  Stanbic IBTC Acct Name: Julia Olaotan Acct No: 0001101396.”
